Housing vouchers and income
We accept Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8). The unit must pass the housing authority's inspection and rent-reasonableness review, and the contract rent must be approved by the housing authority. Applicants' gross monthly income should be at least 3 times the portion of rent they pay; for voucher holders this applies only to the tenant's share. The same standard applies to all applicants.
